Individual Attention


Unlike REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) which are publicly traded and similiar to stocks, our investors receive their entire share of all the tax benefits real estate has to offer, unlike REITs model. When you invest in a deal (syndication/group investment) with us as passive investor, you are investing directly in a specific property. When you invest in a REIT, you are investing in a blind pool, within a company likely traded on the stock exchange, and do not retain ownership. Dissimilar to REITs, our investors own part of the entity (usually an LLC) that holds the asset.

Chris and his wife have been in the multifamily space for nearly five years, independently owning and managing properties near their home in New York.

Chris has diverse real estate experience including his expertise in property maintenance and management. He has studied diligently and traveled nationally to become a leading expert in multifamily investing and as a result, has also built a strong network of seasoned real estate professionals and trusted advisers.
His cautious and detailed approach to each opportunity routinely enables him to make strategic and safe decisions to maximize investor returns. Chris prides himself on his integrity, transparency, and availability to both small and large investors.

For over two decades Chris has been a professional in the regulated electric utility industry, managing teams, budgets, and complex storm restoration operations. He holds two degrees, one in Electric Construction and one in Business Management.  He volunteers as Vice-Chair of the Distribution Regulatory Working Group for the Edison Electric Institute.

Corinne
Founder | Managing Partner

Corinne and her husband have been in the multifamily space for nearly five years, independently owning and managing properties near their home in New York.

Corinne has mastered the art of asset management, project management, and contract administration through both her multifamily property ownership and her career. Along with her husband she has studied diligently and traveled nationally to become a leading expert in multifamily investing and as a result, has also built a strong network of seasoned real estate professionals and trusted advisers.

Regardless of size, Corinne treats each deal with uncompromising attention and unwavering effort. She is relentless in sharing the strategies and benefits of passive investing to allow others to experience financial freedom.

For nearly a decade Corinne has been a professional in the regulated natural gas utility industry, leading large teams, overseeing $1B+ portfolios and over two dozen contracts across multiple states. Corinne holds an MS in Engineering Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Steeve Breton
Advisor

Steeve has invested in over 3,500 apartment units (valued at nearly $200MM) and has diverse real estate experience. He has built a strong network of seasoned real estate professionals and trusted advisers.

His conservative approach and analytical skills enable him to clearly assess risk and invest wisely to maximize client returns while preserving their principal.

Steeve often speaks at national real estate conferences and has been interviewed on numerous podcasts.

He is also a real estate coach where he teaches how to invest in large multifamily properties for cash flow.

He has an MBA from Babson College’s Olin School of Business.  He is also an active volunteer and board member for his local food pantry.
